Meeting point
Before you travel, our team will confirm precisely where your driver will meet you inside the terminal, so there's no wandering about looking for them. They'll also text you on arrival, so you can step off your flight and set off for Torquay with complete ease.
Flying into Stansted, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We'll time their arrival to whatever pickup slot you request after landing, giving you the time you need to clear immigration and collect your baggage. As one of London's busiest airports for European flights, Stansted's arrivals hall can get lively at peak times, so your driver will hold a clearly visible name sign to make finding each other easy. If you're travelling during peak traffic (weekday mornings or evenings), do allow a little extra time for the journey.

Torquay is one of the main resorts of the English Riviera, set on a hill above its harbour and looking out over Torbay on the Devon coast. It's a popular base for seaside breaks and a regular destination for both leisure and business travellers.

Along the way, we can make an optional stop at Powderham Castle (tickets from £14.95pp, closed on Fridays, best booked in advance). It's entirely up to you: just let us know if you'd like to arrange a stop, at an extra cost.

How far in advance should I book a transfer to Torquay?

How much extra time should I allow if I want to stop at Powderham Castle?

Stops are entirely optional. If you'd like to add one, allow around 2 hours to enjoy it, and just let us know when booking so we can plan your timings.
What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight and adjust your pickup time automatically, no need to call us.
Can I book a return journey?

Yes. After you book, your confirmation page has a Book Return button. It fills in the same journey the other way round with your details, so you only choose the vehicle, date and time.
Do you provide child seats?

Yes, free of charge. Tell us when you book (in Special requests) how many seats you need and the children's ages, so the right seats are fitted before pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup and we refund 50%.
