Meeting point
Before you travel, our team will confirm precisely where your driver will meet you inside the terminal, so there's no wandering about looking for them. They'll also text you on arrival, so you can step off your flight and set off for Swindon with complete ease.
Flying into Stansted, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We'll time their arrival to whatever pickup slot you request after landing, giving you the time you need to clear immigration and collect your baggage. As one of London's busiest airports for European flights, Stansted's arrivals hall can get lively at peak times, so your driver will hold a clearly visible name sign to make finding each other easy. If you're travelling during peak traffic (weekday mornings or evenings), do allow a little extra time for the journey.

About Swindon
Swindon grew from a small market town into a major railway town in the 19th century, home to the Great Western Railway's main works, now preserved at the STEAM Museum. Today it's a significant business and logistics hub in Wiltshire, and a popular stop for the Swindon Designer Outlet.

Along the way, we can make an optional stop at Avebury, the largest prehistoric stone circle in the world and older than Stonehenge itself. It's completely free to visit and you can walk right up to the stones. It's entirely optional: let us know in advance and we're happy to arrange a stop, at an extra cost.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup and we refund 50%.
