Meeting point
Before you travel, our team will confirm precisely where your driver will meet you inside the terminal, so there's no wandering about looking for them. They'll also text you on arrival, so you can step off your flight and set off for Norwich with complete ease.
Flying into Stansted, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We'll time their arrival to whatever pickup slot you request after landing, giving you the time you need to clear immigration and collect your baggage. As one of London's busiest airports for European flights, Stansted's arrivals hall can get lively at peak times, so your driver will hold a clearly visible name sign to make finding each other easy. If you're travelling during peak traffic (weekday mornings or evenings), do allow a little extra time for the journey.

About Norwich
Norwich is a historic cathedral city in East Anglia, founded around the Rivers Wensum and Yare and once England's second-greatest city for over 700 years, built on the medieval wool and cloth trade. Its Norman cathedral, begun in 1096, has one of the tallest spires in England, and the city is known for having more surviving medieval churches than anywhere else in Britain.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup and we refund 50%.
