GOOD TO KNOW
Everything you need for this journey
01
Meeting point
Before you travel, our team will send you a confirmation with your exact meet and greet point inside the terminal, so you can walk straight to your driver without a moment of confusion. They'll text you when they arrive too, so you can relax from the moment you land and enjoy the journey to Southampton.

Flying into Luton, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We'll time their arrival to whatever pickup slot you request after landing, giving you the time you need to clear immigration and collect your baggage. Luton operates from a single, compact terminal, so arrivals tend to be straightforward with no long walks or transfers. If you're travelling during peak traffic (weekday mornings or evenings), do allow a little extra time for the journey.

About Southampton
Southampton is one of England's principal ports, with a maritime history stretching back to Saxon times. Today it's best known as the departure point for many of the world's largest cruise liners, as well as a busy hub for ferry crossings to France and the Isle of Wight.
03
Along the way
Along the way, we can make an optional stop at Stonehenge (tickets from £29pp, best booked in advance) or Salisbury Cathedral (free to enter, donations welcome). It's entirely optional: let us know which you'd like to see, and we're happy to arrange a stop, at an extra cost.
04
Local Knowledge
Southampton's cruise ships depart from one of five terminals: Mayflower, City, Ocean, QEII, or Horizon, each at a different dock gate. Let us know which one is on your booking confirmation and we'll take you straight there, no confusion once we arrive.

REVIEWS
What our passengers say
Your questions, answered
How far in advance should I book a transfer to Southampton?
+
We recommend booking as soon as your flight or cruise date is confirmed. Southampton is a major cruise port, so arranging your transfer early means everything is in place ahead of time and you arrive at the terminal calm, unhurried and ready to enjoy the start of your trip.
Can you wait if my cruise finishes early or late?
+
Yes, just let us know your expected arrival time and we'll keep an eye on it and adjust your collection to match.
How much extra time should I allow if I want to stop at Stonehenge or Salisbury Cathedral?
+
Stops are entirely optional. If you'd like to add one, allow around 2 hours for Stonehenge or 1-2 hours for Salisbury Cathedral, and just let us know when booking so we can plan your timings.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
+
We track your flight and adjust your pickup time automatically, no need to call us.
Can I book a return journey?
+
Yes. After you book, your confirmation page has a Book Return button. It fills in the same journey the other way round with your details, so you only choose the vehicle, date and time.
Do you provide child seats?
+
Yes, free of charge. Tell us when you book (in Special requests) how many seats you need and the children's ages, so the right seats are fitted before pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?
+
Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup and we refund 50%.
