Meeting point
Before you travel, our team will send you a confirmation with your exact meet and greet point inside the terminal, so you can walk straight to your driver without a moment of confusion. They'll text you when they arrive too, so you can relax from the moment you land and enjoy the journey to Northampton.
Flying into Luton, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We'll time their arrival to whatever pickup slot you request after landing, giving you the time you need to clear immigration and collect your baggage. Luton operates from a single, compact terminal, so arrivals tend to be straightforward with no long walks or transfers. If you're travelling during peak traffic (weekday mornings or evenings), do allow a little extra time for the journey.

Northampton is a historic market town on the River Nene, granted its first charter in 1189 and long famous for its shoe and leather industry. Its large Market Square, one of the biggest in England, sits at the heart of a town centre rebuilt in fine period style after a major fire in 1675.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup and we refund 50%.
