Meeting point
Before you travel, our team will send you a confirmation with your exact meet and greet point inside the terminal, so you can walk straight to your driver without a moment of confusion. They'll text you when they arrive too, so you can relax from the moment you land and enjoy the journey to Exeter.
Flying into Luton, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We'll time their arrival to whatever pickup slot you request after landing, giving you the time you need to clear immigration and collect your baggage. Luton operates from a single, compact terminal, so arrivals tend to be straightforward with no long walks or transfers. If you're travelling during peak traffic (weekday mornings or evenings), do allow a little extra time for the journey.

About Exeter
Exeter has been continuously settled since the Romans built a fortress here around 50 AD, and sections of the original Roman wall still stand alongside the city's Norman cathedral, completed in its present form around 1375. Its historic Quayside, granted Heritage Harbour status in 2021, is now a relaxed riverside spot for cafes, bars, and events.

Along the way, we can make an optional stop at Powderham Castle (tickets from £14.95pp, closed on Fridays, best booked in advance). It's entirely up to you: just let us know if you'd like to arrange a stop, at an extra cost.

Exeter's High Street and Cathedral Yard are pedestrianised and closed to almost all vehicles, so we plan your pickup or drop-off at the nearest accessible point just outside the zone.

How far in advance should I book a transfer to Exeter?

How much extra time should I allow if I want to stop at Powderham Castle?

Stops are entirely optional. If you'd like to add one, allow around 2 hours to enjoy it, and just let us know when booking so we can plan your timings.
What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight and adjust your pickup time automatically, no need to call us.
Can I book a return journey?

Yes. After you book, your confirmation page has a Book Return button. It fills in the same journey the other way round with your details, so you only choose the vehicle, date and time.
Do you provide child seats?

Yes, free of charge. Tell us when you book (in Special requests) how many seats you need and the children's ages, so the right seats are fitted before pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup and we refund 50%.
