Meeting point
Before you travel, our team will send you a confirmation with your exact meet and greet point inside the terminal, so you can walk straight to your driver without a moment of confusion. They'll text you when they arrive too, so you can relax from the moment you land and enjoy the journey to Cheltenham.
Flying into Luton, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We'll time their arrival to whatever pickup slot you request after landing, giving you the time you need to clear immigration and collect your baggage. Luton operates from a single, compact terminal, so arrivals tend to be straightforward with no long walks or transfers. If you're travelling during peak traffic (weekday mornings or evenings), do allow a little extra time for the journey.

About Cheltenham
Cheltenham is England's most complete Regency town, its elegant crescents and the tree-lined Promenade built after mineral springs were discovered here in 1716. It's equally well known today for the Cheltenham Festival, one of the biggest events in the National Hunt horse racing calendar, held every March.

Along the way, we can make an optional stop at Sudeley Castle & Gardens in Winchcombe (adult tickets £24, open mid March to early November, best booked in advance). It's entirely up to you: just let us know if you'd like to arrange a stop, at an extra cost.

Cheltenham hosts major events throughout the year, including the Cheltenham Festival horse racing every March and the Literature Festival in October, when the town centre gets busy and some roads may be restricted, so we build this into your pickup timing.

Can I book a return journey?

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, free of charge. Tell us when you book (in Special requests) how many seats you need and the children's ages, so the right seats are fitted before pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup and we refund 50%.
