Meeting point
Before you travel, our team will send you a confirmation with your exact meet and greet point inside the terminal, so you can walk straight to your driver without a moment of confusion. They'll text you when they arrive too, so you can relax from the moment you land and enjoy the journey to Brighton.
Flying into Luton, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We'll time their arrival to whatever pickup slot you request after landing, giving you the time you need to clear immigration and collect your baggage. Luton operates from a single, compact terminal, so arrivals tend to be straightforward with no long walks or transfers. If you're travelling during peak traffic (weekday mornings or evenings), do allow a little extra time for the journey.

Brighton is Britain's most famous seaside resort, known for its Regency architecture, the Royal Pavilion, and a two-mile stretch of seafront that's drawn visitors since the Prince Regent made it fashionable in the 1780s. Today it's just as popular with business travellers and weekenders as it is with day-trippers, with a lively pier, beach, and lanes of independent shops and restaurants.

Along the way, we can make an optional stop at Arundel Castle (tickets from £29pp, open April to early November, best booked in advance), one of England's longest-inhabited country houses. It's entirely up to you: just let us know if you'd like to arrange a stop, at an extra cost.

Brighton & Hove has emission zone restrictions on some routes, but we cover any applicable charge ourselves, so there's no extra cost to you. In the rare cases where a street can't be accessed by vehicle, we'll let you know in advance and drop off just around the corner.

Can I book a return journey?

Yes. After you book, your confirmation page has a Book Return button. It fills in the same journey the other way round with your details, so you only choose the vehicle, date and time.
Do you provide child seats?

Yes, free of charge. Tell us when you book (in Special requests) how many seats you need and the children's ages, so the right seats are fitted before pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup and we refund 50%.
