Meeting point
Heathrow has four terminals, so before you travel our team will send you a confirmation with your meet and greet point for your specific terminal, leaving no guesswork about where to find your driver. When they arrive, they'll text you straight away, so you can skip the searching and the stress and begin your journey to Southampton.

How far in advance should I book a transfer to York?

We recommend booking as soon as you know you'll be travelling. With a journey as far as York, an early booking gives you peace of mind and a comfortable ride north, so you arrive rested and ready.
Can I book a return journey?

Yes. After you book, your confirmation page has a Book Return button. It fills in the same journey the other way round with your details, so you only choose the vehicle, date and time.
Do you provide child seats?

Can I add a stop on the way?

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup and we refund 50%.
