Heathrow has four terminals, so before you travel our team will send you a confirmation with your meet and greet point for your specific terminal, leaving no guesswork about where to find your driver. When they arrive, they'll text you straight away, so you can skip the searching and the stress and begin your journey to Southampton.

Along the way, we can make an optional stop at Powderham Castle (tickets from £14.95pp, closed on Fridays, best booked in advance). It's entirely up to you: just let us know if you'd like to arrange a stop, at an extra cost.

How far in advance should I book a transfer to Torquay?

We suggest booking as soon as you know you'll be travelling. A trip to Torquay and the English Riviera should start with a stress-free journey, and confirming your transfer early means you can relax from the very first mile.
How much extra time should I allow if I want to stop at Powderham Castle?

Stops are entirely optional. If you'd like to add one, allow around 2 hours to enjoy it, and just let us know when booking so we can plan your timings.
Can I book a return journey?

Yes. After you book, your confirmation page has a Book Return button. It fills in the same journey the other way round with your details, so you only choose the vehicle, date and time.
Do you provide child seats?

Yes, free of charge. Tell us when you book (in Special requests) how many seats you need and the children's ages, so the right seats are fitted before pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup and we refund 50%.
