Heathrow has four terminals, so before you travel our team will send you a confirmation with your meet and greet point for your specific terminal, leaving no guesswork about where to find your driver. About Coventry
Coventry is a historic city with deep roots in the British motor industry, once home to the headquarters of Jaguar, Triumph, and Rover. Its medieval cathedral was destroyed in the Blitz and rebuilt alongside the preserved ruins, a powerful symbol of the city's wartime history, and Coventry was named UK City of Culture in 2021.
02
Along the way
Along the way, we can make an optional stop at Warwick Castle (tickets from £26pp, best booked in advance). It's entirely up to you: just let us know if you'd like to arrange a stop, at an extra cost.
03
Local Knowledge
Coventry's city centre is encircled by a well-known ring road, with the historic Precinct at its heart fully pedestrianised. We know the layout well and plan your drop-off accordingly.

What our passengers say
Your questions, answered
How far in advance should I book a transfer to Coventry?
+
We'd suggest booking as soon as you know you'll be travelling. Once your Coventry transfer is confirmed, there's nothing left to organise, so you can travel in comfort and arrive ready for whatever the day brings.
How much extra time should I allow if I want to stop at Warwick Castle?
+
Stops are entirely optional. If you'd like to add one, allow around 4 hours to enjoy it, and just let us know when booking so we can plan your timings.
Can I book a return journey?
+
Yes. After you book, your confirmation page has a Book Return button. It fills in the same journey the other way round with your details, so you only choose the vehicle, date and time.
Do you provide child seats?
+
Yes, free of charge. Tell us when you book (in Special requests) how many seats you need and the children's ages, so the right seats are fitted before pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?
+
Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup and we refund 50%.
