How far in advance should I book a transfer to Canterbury?

We recommend booking as soon as you know you'll be travelling. Canterbury is a popular destination, so arranging your transfer early means a calm, unhurried journey and a relaxed arrival in the historic heart of Kent.
How much extra time should I allow if I want to stop at Leeds Castle?

Stops are entirely optional. If you'd like to add one, allow around 3 hours to enjoy it, and just let us know when booking so we can plan your timings.
Can I book a return journey?

Yes. After you book, your confirmation page has a Book Return button. It fills in the same journey the other way round with your details, so you only choose the vehicle, date and time.
Do you provide child seats?

Yes, free of charge. Tell us when you book (in Special requests) how many seats you need and the children's ages, so the right seats are fitted before pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup and we refund 50%.
