Meeting point
Before you travel, our team will send you a confirmation with your exact meeting point inside the terminal, so you can go straight from arrivals to your chauffeur. Your driver will text you as they arrive, keeping the whole experience quick, calm and hassle free all the way to Norwich.
Flying into London City, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We'll time their arrival to whatever pickup slot you request after landing, giving you the time you need to clear immigration and collect your baggage. As one of the smallest and closest airports to central London, London City is popular with business travellers heading straight into the city or Canary Wharf. If you're travelling during peak traffic (weekday mornings or evenings), do allow a little extra time for the journey.

About Norwich
Norwich is a historic cathedral city in East Anglia, founded around the Rivers Wensum and Yare and once England's second-greatest city for over 700 years, built on the medieval wool and cloth trade. Its Norman cathedral, begun in 1096, has one of the tallest spires in England, and the city is known for having more surviving medieval churches than anywhere else in Britain.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup and we refund 50%.
