Meeting point
Before you travel, our team will send you a confirmation with your exact meeting point inside the terminal, so you can go straight from arrivals to your chauffeur. Your driver will text you as they arrive, keeping the whole experience quick, calm and hassle free all the way to Liverpool.
Flying into London City, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We'll time their arrival to whatever pickup slot you request after landing, giving you the time you need to clear immigration and collect your baggage. As one of the smallest and closest airports to central London, London City is popular with business travellers heading straight into the city or Canary Wharf. If you're travelling during peak traffic (weekday mornings or evenings), do allow a little extra time for the journey.

How far in advance should I book a transfer to Liverpool?

Yes. After you book, your confirmation page has a Book Return button. It fills in the same journey the other way round with your details, so you only choose the vehicle, date and time.
Do you provide child seats?

Yes, free of charge. Tell us when you book (in Special requests) how many seats you need and the children's ages, so the right seats are fitted before pickup.
Can I add a stop on the way?

Yes. Call or WhatsApp us with the stops you would like and we will quote a fixed price for the whole route.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup and we refund 50%.
