Meeting point
Before you travel, our team will send you a confirmation with your exact meeting point inside the terminal, so you can go straight from arrivals to your chauffeur. Your driver will text you as they arrive, keeping the whole experience quick, calm and hassle free all the way to Cambridge.
Flying into London City, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We'll time their arrival to whatever pickup slot you request after landing, giving you the time you need to clear immigration and collect your baggage. As one of the smallest and closest airports to central London, London City is popular with business travellers heading straight into the city or Canary Wharf. If you're travelling during peak traffic (weekday mornings or evenings), do allow a little extra time for the journey.

Along the way, we can make an optional stop at IWM Duxford (tickets from £26.80pp, best booked in advance), home to one of Europe's largest collections of historic aircraft. It's entirely up to you: just let us know if you'd like to arrange a stop, at an extra cost.

How far in advance should I book a transfer to Cambridge?

Will there be any issues getting into central Cambridge?

How much extra time should I allow if I want to stop at IWM Duxford?

Stops are entirely optional. If you'd like to add one, allow around 3 hours to enjoy it, and just let us know when booking so we can plan your timings.
What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight and adjust your pickup time automatically, no need to call us.
Can I book a return journey?

Yes. After you book, your confirmation page has a Book Return button. It fills in the same journey the other way round with your details, so you only choose the vehicle, date and time.
Do you provide child seats?

Yes, free of charge. Tell us when you book (in Special requests) how many seats you need and the children's ages, so the right seats are fitted before pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup and we refund 50%.
