Meeting point
Heathrow has four terminals, so before you travel our team will send you a confirmation with your meet and greet point for your specific terminal, leaving no guesswork about where to find your driver. When they arrive, they'll text you straight away, so you can skip the searching and the stress and begin your journey to Sheffield.
Flying into Heathrow, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We'll time their arrival to whatever pickup slot you request after landing, giving you the time you need to clear immigration and collect your baggage. If you're travelling during peak traffic (weekday mornings or evenings), do allow a little extra time for the journey.

About Sheffield
Sheffield earned the name Steel City from the crucible steel process developed there in the 1740s, and it was here that stainless steel was invented in 1912. Roughly a third of the city lies inside the Peak District National Park, and today it's a major university city and a regular destination for business and leisure travellers.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup and we refund 50%.
