Meeting point
Heathrow has four terminals, so before you travel our team will send you a confirmation with your meet and greet point for your specific terminal, leaving no guesswork about where to find your driver. When they arrive, they'll text you straight away, so you can skip the searching and the stress and begin your journey to Oxford.
Flying into Heathrow, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We'll time their arrival to whatever pickup slot you request after landing, giving you the time you need to clear immigration and collect your baggage. If you're travelling during peak traffic (weekday mornings or evenings), do allow a little extra time for the journey.

Beyond the university, it's a popular base for exploring the surrounding Cotswolds, and a regular destination for both academic visitors and business travellers.

Along the way, we can make an optional stop at Blenheim Palace (Park & Gardens tickets from £31pp, best booked in advance), the birthplace of Winston Churchill and one of England's largest houses. It's entirely up to you: just let us know if you'd like to arrange a stop, at an extra cost.

Local Knowledge
Oxford operates a Zero Emission Zone in the city centre, but we cover this charge ourselves, so there's no extra cost passed on to you. In the rare cases where a street can't be accessed by vehicle, we'll let you know in advance and drop off just around the corner.

How far in advance should I book a transfer to Oxford?

We recommend booking as soon as your flight is confirmed. Oxford is a popular destination all year round, so arranging your transfer early means the journey is one less thing to think about, and you arrive calm, on time and ready for whatever the city has in store.
Will I be charged for Oxford's Zero Emission Zone?

No, we cover this charge ourselves, so there's no extra cost passed on to you.
How much extra time should I allow if I want to stop at Blenheim Palace?

Stops are entirely optional. If you'd like to add one, allow around 3 hours to enjoy it, and just let us know when booking so we can plan your timings.
What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight and adjust your pickup time automatically, no need to call us.
Can I book a return journey?

Yes. After you book, your confirmation page has a Book Return button. It fills in the same journey the other way round with your details, so you only choose the vehicle, date and time.
Do you provide child seats?

Yes, free of charge. Tell us when you book (in Special requests) how many seats you need and the children's ages, so the right seats are fitted before pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup and we refund 50%.
