Meeting point
Heathrow has four terminals, so before you travel our team will send you a confirmation with your meet and greet point for your specific terminal, leaving no guesswork about where to find your driver. When they arrive, they'll text you straight away, so you can skip the searching and the stress and begin your journey to Leeds.
Flying into Heathrow, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We'll time their arrival to whatever pickup slot you request after landing, giving you the time you need to clear immigration and collect your baggage. If you're travelling during peak traffic (weekday mornings or evenings), do allow a little extra time for the journey.

Along the way, we can make an optional stop at Hardwick Hall in Derbyshire (National Trust, tickets from £23pp, best booked in advance). It's entirely up to you: just let us know if you'd like to arrange a stop, at an extra cost.

Leeds's planned Clean Air Zone was scrapped in 2020 and no charge was ever introduced, so there's no extra cost to worry about when you arrive.

How far in advance should I book a transfer to Leeds?

How much extra time should I allow if I want to stop at Hardwick Hall?

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Can I book a return journey?

Yes. After you book, your confirmation page has a Book Return button. It fills in the same journey the other way round with your details, so you only choose the vehicle, date and time.
Do you provide child seats?

Yes, free of charge. Tell us when you book (in Special requests) how many seats you need and the children's ages, so the right seats are fitted before pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup and we refund 50%.
