Meeting point
Heathrow has four terminals, so before you travel our team will send you a confirmation with your meet and greet point for your specific terminal, leaving no guesswork about where to find your driver. When they arrive, they'll text you straight away, so you can skip the searching and the stress and begin your journey to Dover.
Flying into Heathrow, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We'll time their arrival to whatever pickup slot you request after landing, giving you the time you need to clear immigration and collect your baggage. If you're travelling during peak traffic (weekday mornings or evenings), do allow a little extra time for the journey.

Dover sits at England's closest point to mainland Europe, long known as the 'Gateway to England'. Cruise ships dock at the Western Docks around a mile from the town centre, while ferries to Calais depart from the Eastern Docks, both within easy reach of Dover Castle and the White Cliffs.

Along the way, we can make an optional stop at Leeds Castle, one of England's most famous castles and once home to six medieval queens (tickets from £34.50pp). It's entirely optional: let us know in advance and we're happy to arrange a stop, at an extra cost.

Local Knowledge
Dover's cruise ships dock at the Western Docks, about a mile from the town centre, while ferries to Calais use the Eastern Docks on the other side of town. Let us know which one you need and we'll take you straight there.
