Meeting point
Gatwick has a North and a South Terminal, so before you travel our team will confirm your exact meet and greet location for the right one, and you'll never have to wonder where to go. Your driver will text you as they arrive, so you can leave the headache behind and start your journey to Stratford-upon-Avon.
Flying into Gatwick, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup and we refund 50%.
