Meeting point
Gatwick has a North and a South Terminal, so before you travel our team will confirm your exact meet and greet location for the right one, and you'll never have to wonder where to go. Your driver will text you as they arrive, so you can leave the headache behind and start your journey to Southampton.
Flying into Gatwick, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We'll time their arrival to whatever pickup slot you request after landing, giving you the time you need to clear immigration and collect your baggage. Gatwick is one of the busiest single-runway airports in the world, but arrivals still move quickly and your driver will be easy to spot with a clearly visible name sign. If you're travelling during peak traffic (weekday mornings or evenings), do allow a little extra time for the journey.

Along the way, we can make an optional stop at Stonehenge (tickets from £29pp, best booked in advance) or Salisbury Cathedral (free to enter, donations welcome). It's entirely optional: let us know which you'd like to see, and we're happy to arrange a stop, at an extra cost.

How far in advance should I book a transfer to Southampton?

Can you wait if my cruise finishes early or late?

How much extra time should I allow if I want to stop at Stonehenge or Salisbury Cathedral?

Stops are entirely optional. If you'd like to add one, allow around 2 hours for Stonehenge or 1-2 hours for Salisbury Cathedral, and just let us know when booking so we can plan your timings.
What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight and adjust your pickup time automatically, no need to call us.
Can I book a return journey?

Yes. After you book, your confirmation page has a Book Return button. It fills in the same journey the other way round with your details, so you only choose the vehicle, date and time.
Do you provide child seats?

Yes, free of charge. Tell us when you book (in Special requests) how many seats you need and the children's ages, so the right seats are fitted before pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup and we refund 50%.
