Meeting point
Gatwick has a North and a South Terminal, so before you travel our team will confirm your exact meet and greet location for the right one, and you'll never have to wonder where to go. Your driver will text you as they arrive, so you can leave the headache behind and start your journey to Liverpool.
Flying into Gatwick, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We'll time their arrival to whatever pickup slot you request after landing, giving you the time you need to clear immigration and collect your baggage. Gatwick is one of the busiest single-runway airports in the world, but arrivals still move quickly and your driver will be easy to spot with a clearly visible name sign. If you're travelling during peak traffic (weekday mornings or evenings), do allow a little extra time for the journey.

How far in advance should I book a transfer to Liverpool?

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, free of charge. Tell us when you book (in Special requests) how many seats you need and the children's ages, so the right seats are fitted before pickup.
Can I add a stop on the way?

Yes. Call or WhatsApp us with the stops you would like and we will quote a fixed price for the whole route.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup and we refund 50%.
