Meeting point
Gatwick has a North and a South Terminal, so before you travel our team will confirm your exact meet and greet location for the right one, and you'll never have to wonder where to go. Your driver will text you as they arrive, so you can leave the headache behind and start your journey to Bath.
Flying into Gatwick, your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign. We'll time their arrival to whatever pickup slot you request after landing, giving you the time you need to clear immigration and collect your baggage. Gatwick is one of the busiest single-runway airports in the world, but arrivals still move quickly and your driver will be easy to spot with a clearly visible name sign. If you're travelling during peak traffic (weekday mornings or evenings), do allow a little extra time for the journey.

Along the way, we can make an optional stop at Stonehenge (tickets from £29pp, best booked in advance) or the picture-postcard village of Castle Combe (free to explore, no ticket needed). It's entirely optional: let us know which you'd prefer, and we're happy to arrange a stop, at an extra cost.

Stops are entirely optional. If you'd like to add one, allow around an hour for Castle Combe or around two hours for Stonehenge, and just let us know when booking so we can plan your timings.
What happens if my flight is delayed?

Can I book a return journey?

Yes. After you book, your confirmation page has a Book Return button. It fills in the same journey the other way round with your details, so you only choose the vehicle, date and time.
Do you provide child seats?

Yes, free of charge. Tell us when you book (in Special requests) how many seats you need and the children's ages, so the right seats are fitted before pickup.
What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 24 hours or more before pickup for a full refund. Cancel between 12 and 24 hours before pickup and we refund 50%.
